      Bovine Colostrum For Dogs

Colostrum is the critical mother's first milk. But it's not just for babies.

Four Leaf Rover Colostrum helps strengthen and balance the immune system. Four Leaf Colostrum is rich in proline-rich- polypeptide (PRP), which can eliminate or improve the symptoms of allergies, in addition to other autoimmune conditions.

Four Leaf Rover Colostrum is from grass-fed Canadian cattle that are always free of antibiotics and growth hormones. Our colostrum is ethically harvested ... it's shared with the calves so they can also reap the immune benefit.

Give Four Leaf Rover Bovine Colostrum on food once a day.

                  Where does Colostrum come from?

Four Leaf Rover Bovine Colostrum is a powdered form of bovine first milk. It comes from grass-fed, pasture-raised, antibiotic-free & rBGH growth hormone-free cows, raised in a small organic dairy co-operative in Canada.

                  How is Colostrum collected?

Colostrum is collected after the first 12 hours of birth and within a 36-hour time frame when the Colostrum is at its peak. Calves alone receive it during the first 12 hours, then it’s shared for collecting. Calves are not separated from their mothers during this process because the quality and quantity of the milk increase when a cow is allowed to raise her calf.

How does Colostrum work to help fight my dog’s allergies?

Research has identified an ingredient called proline-rich polypeptide (PRP) as one of the main components of Colostrum responsible for eliminating or improving the symptoms of allergies.

Colostrum works by regulating the thymus gland (T and B cells), providing immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA, etc) and assisting with cellular tissue repair. To learn more, go to https://www.dogsnaturallymagazine.com/colostrum-for-dog-allergies/

Can my dog take Colostrum if he has a dairy or beef sensitivity?

Since Colostrum comes from milk, it does contain a very small amount of lactose. It doesn’t usually cause an issue but is advised you watch your dog carefully for any type of allergic reaction.

How do I give my dog Colostrum?

You can add Colostrum directly to your dog’s food but it’s best given at least 20 minutes before meals for better absorption. You can mix it with a small amount of spring water, organic kefir or plain yogurt. Since it’s a part of “Mother’s Milk”, most dogs are happy to eat it and enjoy the flavor.

Every Dog Deserves A Healthy, Happy Life!

We love dogs and we try to give them the best life possible. Money is no object when it comes to their food and veterinary care ... but half of adult dogs today will still get cancer.

That's a staggering statistic - and it's a statistic we want to do something about.

And that's how Dogs Naturally was born - out of a need to get back to basics and change our dog's health care from chemicals, drugs, pesticides, antibiotics and processed foods, to whole fresh foods, proven natural supplements and a strong, healthy immune system. We believe the path to a truly healthy dog lies not in protecting him from disease with chemicals, but in supporting his health and immune system so he doesn't get disease in the first place.

We believe that good health and disease resistance come from within - so we work with leading holistic veterinarians to help dog owners like you give their dogs the gift of good health through a more natural lifestyle.

Everything we do is to support you in your own journey toward natural healthcare. From the magazine to the free blog articles and guides, from the DNM Academy to DNM University, we're here to give you a safe, friendly community where you can get quick health tips and even earn certifications in natural healthcare topics.

Dogs Naturally Market is just one part of that community. While we offer many free, DIY guides for dog owners, some of you want a "done for you" approach. So we built a small, exclusive collection of high-quality natural products at an affordable price. These are products we've tested and recommend - and they're products we use on our own dogs too.

We're delighted to offer this friendly, online neighborhood market! We encourage you to have a look around and visit our free Dogs Naturally blog articles. It doesn't matter if you're a natural health expert or you're just trying out some new natural products - we're here to help you every step of the way, and to provide a welcoming, supportive community to help you along your journey ...

… that’s what Dogs Naturally Magazine is all about.
